ResMed myAir is an online support program and app that is included with any Resmed Air10 device that will allow you to take your new beginning in greater sleep to the next level. Utilizing the myAir program, your device automatically sends your CPAP machine data to your computer or smartphone. With this information, it lets you, Juro’s and your doctor know how you slept the night before and helps you stay on track during your journey to better sleep!
The first thing you’ll see when logging into your myAir dashboard (whether on your computer or smartphone) is your myAir score. This provides a snapshot of your therapy from the night before. Each four contributing factors that make up your score can be explored and therapy can be tracked utilizing charts that show how you did in that category each of the previous two weeks.
Personalized coaching and reinforcement messages can be sent via email or text to help you get the most out of your sleep therapy. You’ll learn how to make therapy more comfortable through tailored coaching and tips. When you meet certain therapy milestones, praise and encouragement messages will be sent to help you stay motivated and keep up the great work.
Available also is the myAir sleep library – which is a collection of how-to instructions, videos and other support materials needed to help you with your sleep apnea treatment. Not to mention, you’ll receive personalized information based on your CPAP machine and mask types.
