Juro's Store Return Policy:

Refunds will be issued for most items returned within 30 days in new condition, with the original receipt, packaging and accessories. Some exceptions apply.

Items worn or potentially worn against the skin are not returnable:
These include but are not limited to undergarments, stockings, bed wedges, oxygen cannulas, disposable supplies, and bathroom items.

Food and Formula are not returnable.

Rental items:
All equipment is rented for a minimum of one month, a refund cannot be made for any unused portion of time.

Items billed to an insurance company:
We cannot accept any returns on items already billed to an insurance company.

High End Items (over $500):
There will be a minimum restocking fee of 30% charged for returned items.

Compression Stockings:
Customer may exchange stockings within 14 days of purchase due to “Fit” issues. Returns of defective stockings are at the manufacturer’s discretion. Customer must launder stockings prior to return.

Respiratory Mask Program:
Patients can exchange style of mask once for a similar style of mask within two weeks from date of initial fitting.

Special Order items:
Special order items customized specifically for a customer are non-returnable. Returns on other special order items may be returned based upon unique vendor return policies and are subject to a 50% shipping and handling fee due to, labor to source a special item, vendor restocking fees, and shipping charges to return. All other Juro’s return policies apply to special orders.

Shipping & Freight Charges:
Shipping, freight and handling charges are not refundable.

Credit on accounts:
All accounts with credits must be verified and will be issued through our Reimbursement Department.

Warranties:
All warranties will be followed according to manufacturer’s guidelines. Juro’s reserves the right to charge for services not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (i.e. shipping, labor, etc.).

Refunds will be issued based upon the original form of payment:
Due to limited cash on hand, cash refunds over $100 will be issued in the form of a check. All check purchases have a 10 day waiting period.
